ADULT FAMILY CBRF OPTIONS

We are committed to identifying all of the ancillary services that are easily accessible within the chosen communities. We take great consideration in the location of such services as: physicians, dentists, psychiatrists, shopping, recreational facilities, medical and mental health clinics, and all other neighborhood amenities which are in close proximity to the home sites.

We initiate communication with local officials regarding the chosen locations and intentions to build. We will assist in the organization of neighborhood meetings in an effort to build a positive community presence.

We offer the coordination of complete construction of the foundation and home including all sidewalks, driveways, and landscaping. We will also work with our clients to develop, according to your desires and specifications, a complete interior furnishings package for the typical home which provides the client with a turnkey home at finish.

We will order furnishings for you, put all furniture and appliances in place, perform general interior decoration, hang pictures, install window treatments and much more. Costs of packages vary according to the amount that one wishes to budget; however the service is included.

Typical Furnishings and Equipment packages include the complete outfitting of every room of the home. From the couch in the living room to the silverware set in the kitchen, Tri Star will see to it that no detail is left untouched.
